• Representation of Offensive Security Group and its shareholders and founders in a Growth Investment by Spectrum Equity.

• Representation of the Livnat family in purchasing the entire ownership in Walla Shops.

• Representation of XIO Group, a global private equity firm, in the acquisition of Lumenis Ltd., an Israeli medical device company which develops surgical, ophthalmology and aesthetic applications in consideration for approximately US$514 million.

• Representation of Access Industries Inc. in a NIS1.25 billion "Going Private Transaction" of Clal Industries Ltd.
