What We Do

BANKING & FINANCE

Weinberger & Co. had acquired vast professional experience in large scale multinational debt financing.

We have participated in the representation of major borrowers in a wide range of finance transactions, including commercial loans, M&A financing, various banking facilities, and syndicated loans. We routinely represent international clients in cross-border financing transactions and advise foreign clients on perfecting securities in Israel. We also advise our clients on all regulatory related matters and represent them before relevant regulators.

HI-TECH AND TECHNOLOGY

We advise our clients throughout their various stages of development in the Hi-Tech life cycle, from the early stages, through their growth in raising funds, commercial activities, protection of intellectual property, licensing and technology agreements, development agreements, manufacturing agreements, OEM agreements, joint venture agreements and more.

We pay close attention to the needs of entrepreneurs and startups, as they seek counsel on formation, founder agreements, fundraising, structuring of business models and dealings with the Israeli Chief Scientist Office.

MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS

We have acquired vast experience in advising and accompanying both tech-related and 'old industries' clients in all types of M&A transactions, including acquisitions of shares and assets, going-private transactions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, spin-offs, restructuring, reorganizations, and recapitalizations.

We routinely take part in domestic and international transactions for Israeli and multinational corporations, private equity and venture capital funds, banks, and financial institutions.

In addition, we handle midsize transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of assets, strategic investments, joint ventures, and other collaborations.
